Lavender Rose Holistique (LRH) was founded with the mission to help individuals find balance and healing through the practice of relaxation. Our founder, Sandra, discovered the power of relaxation techniques, after experiencing a period of intense stress and anxiety. She was amazed by the positive impact it had on her life and wanted to share this experience with others. Both adults and children can benefit from these practices. Bringing family and friends together to gain a sense of well-being will definitely elevate your summer gathering or bonding for the family! This may be done outdoors, in a home, or at work. The two types of group sessions are classic meditation and shape meditation.

Shape meditation involves seated or standing stretches, which mimic shapes in nature. Sandra is the creator of shape meditation and feels is gives meditation itself depth. This depth allows one to engage in mindfulness meditation, which is being in the moment. This helps people avoid replaying the past and over worrying about the future.
