LRH - At Home Services

All LRH - At Home services last approximately 10-30 minutes. The cost will also range from $10 - $30, depending on the amount of time spent on the service. Treatments are provided at the client's home. Guided Meditation may be added to any of the treatments listed below. During the time of service, a space should be created that is free of noise and pets. Chair Massage

This massage can be for a targeted area of concern. It is primarily for stiff or tight muscles and pain management. The client can sit in the massage chair or stay in a regular chair or wheel chair, for targeted work.

AromaTouch Technique

A massage technique that utilizes essential oils for inflammation and pain reduction. The technique will be used on the back and neck. The AromaTouch Technique was developed by doTERRA's Chief Medical Advisor Dr. David K. Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils

Seated Bamboo Massage

A massage technique with coconut oil, that utilizes warm, smooth bamboo that allows for a deeper touch. The bamboo may also be cool. It is an excellent way to relieve pain due to poor posture.

Karuna Reiki

A light touch or no touch approach to healing. It can provide pain relief, as well as, a sense of calm/peace. If you or your loved one cannot have touch applied services such as massage, this is an excellent alternative and a preferred method for many.

Guided Meditation

Imagery and visualization can reduce pain and inflammation in the body.There are so many different types of meditation, including mindfulness. Your session will be tailored just for you and your needs. After the session, you will feel centered, grounded, and more at peace. This gives the body a chance to heal.

Targeted Massage

Are you having trouble walking? Then you would benefit from a targeted leg massage! Targeted massage may be done on the back/neck, shoulders/neck/arms, or legs. A massage bed would be brought to your home for this type treatment.
